Paid in advance in cash for six days on arrival. After three days we were asked to vacate the hotel as emergency plumbing needed to be done. I didn't wish to except the offer of relocation to another hotel of their choice. I was not fully refunded for the remanding three days.

Don't ever stay at Prince of Navona, it's the worst B&B I'v ever stayed at, the staffe was never there. The room never got cleande. When you flush the toilet, it comes out the drain in the shower. So if you should choos to stay there anyway, bring cleaning wipes !!! I would not recomed it to any one.

I found that the location of the so -called hotel was very good and convenient.
Broken shower door, broken toilet seat cover, terrible matresses, terrible pillows, no heating and the portable heater was loud, inadequate and blew the breakers causing the entire floor to go dark. There was no one there over night so my husband had to (in the dark) find the breakers and reset them. The kosher breakfast consisted of a small cappucino and a danish ( not what should be called "breakfast".

Location was good.
I didn't like anything about this place (except location)! It was realy disgusting. Dirty. Bedding was dirty (I can prove with photos) I do not want to repeat a similar experience! The rooms photo from booking doesn't show the reality there!

Nothing, but the beauty of the oldness of the yard and the building it is located in... the very old lift and yard with pieces of art.
cleanness, staff quality, comfort
